GlobeTrek Consulting is seeking a Work From Home Global Traveling Consultant to meet with international organizations and foster strong partnerships. This dynamic role requires frequent international travel to serve as the primary liaison between GlobeTrek and its global clientele. The focus of this position is to manage and enhance client relationships through exceptional service and strategic consulting.The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in account management, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing international clients. Strong cross-functional experience, working closely with customer service and product development teams to enhance the overall client experience, is essential.Responsibilities:
- International Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for international clients, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.
- Strategic Account Management: Oversee the management of client accounts, including the development of new business, negotiation of contracts, and maximization of profits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer service, and product development teams to meet quotas and keep clients satisfied with our services and products.
- Solution Delivery: Coordinate the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the unique needs and objectives of each client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
