We offer:Competitive payThree vacation days and company holidaysSocial engagement programsSenior executive leadership networking opportunitiesCorporate housing (for those who meet relocation criteria)Full-time conversion opportunitiesQUALIFICATIONSStrong written and verbal communications skillsMust be able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week)Prior industrial or manufacturing experience a plusEDUCATIONSeeking sophomore or junior level candidates (any graduation date between Dec 2025 to Dec 2027)Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET Accredited University majoring in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar disciplineDesired Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scaleJOB RESPONSIBILITIESJob Responsibilities for a Chemical Engineering Intern includes one or more of the following:Process development and scale up from bench scale to commercial scalePlan and execute sample productions of new chemical products for application/customer testing and market developmentGuide and support process hazard analyses prior to scale upDevelop speculative economics for new products and processesDevelop and implement safety, quality, environmental and profit improvement projectsCommunicate with, travel to, and provide technical support to operating plants worldwide to implement improvements, troubleshoot problems, or help increase production, reduce costs, improve quality or reduce environmental impactJob Responsibilities for a Mechanical Engineering Intern includes one or more of the following:Provide “hands-on” mechanical engineering technical support in a chemical manufacturing plant.Develop innovative designs and implement safety, environmental and profit improvement projects.Provide technical service to include troubleshooting, failure analysis and technical coverage of mechanical systems.Develop preventative maintenance and reliability programs for a wide array of rotating equipment.Provide technical support on process hazard analyses.Support efforts to increase production, reduce costs and improve quality while reducing environmental impact.Job Responsibilities for an Electrical Engineering Intern includes one or more of the following:

  • Provide technical support to electrical and control equipment in a chemical manufacturing plant

Conceive, develop, design and/or implement improvements to plant electrical infrastructure, control systems and instrumentationDevelop preventative maintenance programs for critical electrical and control equipmentProvide technical service to include troubleshooting, pilot plant, lab work and/or technical coverageProvide technical support on Process Hazard AnalysesEconomic analysis, estimation and/or project executionCommunicate with various plant groups to implement changeSupport efforts to increase production, reduce costs and improve quality while reducing environmental impactWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
