If you have 2 years of public accounting or a minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting management, this could be a position for you.Location: Lehi, UTWhat You Will DoOwn the strategy, process, and execution of the company’s financial operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and PayrollEvaluate current financial operations and seek out areas of improvement and greater productivity in financial processesHelp prepare internal and external financial statements and create transparency in financial operations across the organizationEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations, including taxes for Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Florida.Ensure precise and timely reporting of business and financial informationRegularly conduct audits and access business performance of SerenityCreate clear budgetary processes for numerous behavioral health clinicsProvide clear financial analysis to the Executive team and assist in financial planningWhat We Need from YouMaster’s degree in accountingAt least 2-3 years in public accounting or audit role for one of the big 4 firms preferredWillingness to thoroughly understand business processes to create strategic financial insightsUnderstanding of tax codes and laws a plusDemonstrated history creating consistent, clear financial reports and effectively communicating financial needs to Executive teamExperience building and enforcing financial controls and adhering to corporate governance policiesProficiency with QuickBooks or other accounting softwareBenefitsCompetitive pay – DOEInsurance benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)- Serenity covers 90% of your insurance premiumPaid Time Off10 Major Holidays Off401KWho We Are
