Registered Nurse Pediatrics OncologyResponsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to pediatric oncology patients, focusing on accessibility for all, especially the poor and vulnerable.
  • Apply specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection.
  • Work the night shift (36 hours weekly) and adapt to various nursing tasks as needed.
  • Thrive in a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
  • APHON certification.
  • 2 years inpatient acute care pediatric experience.
