- Coordinate referrals to clinical support team members, families, and physicians.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for elder information.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

- 6 months of Nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
