What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and implement procedures to ensure client contractual requirements are met
- Audit client billing and project ledger to ensure they align with contract requirements
- Client contract analysis to determine billing deadlines, payment terms, billable, etc.
- Audit accounts payable for subcontractor invoice processing
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years Accounting experience
- Experience at a construction/ real estate company
- Accounting principles (GAAP)
- ERP System (Vista/Viewpoint is a big plus, Sage, etc.)
