Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Administration: You will be responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients, ensuring proper dosage, timing, and documentation. This includes oral medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) fluids, following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Patient Monitoring: You will closely observe patients for any changes in their condition, including vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications or treatments. Timely reporting of any adverse reactions or changes in patient status to RNs or physicians is critical.
• Basic Nursing Care: Provide essential bedside care, such as dressing wounds, changing bandages, and assisting with hygiene. You will also help patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
