Full job descriptionWe are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated job with Family Dollar in Rome, NY. Earn up to $104k/year with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, consistent and predictable weekly home time, and premium benefits.Pay and job details:
- Earn up to $104,000* per year, $1,300 – $1,980 per week (performance based)
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out in 10 monthly installments
- 1st year earnings average $80k-90k
- Average weekly earnings $1300-$1980
- Average weekly miles 900-1200
- Daily flat rate $205
- Pre loaded trailers, multi stop
- Unload pay $250 per trailer
- 3 Unloads weekly (3000 cases per trailer)
- Breakdown pay $100/ day
- Dedicated account with weekly home time – 5.5-day work schedule
- Home every week for 34/48 hrs
- Weekly paychecks

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years of age
- 1 year+ verifiable CDL-A experience
- Minimum Age: 21 years old
- Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer/OTR): 12 months verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence before applying
- Driving Record:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 3 years
- No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
- No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
- Must pass PSP screening
Pay: Up to $104,000.00 per year
