Responsibilities:
- Reconcile project costs to the general ledger
- Collaborate with project managers and third-party partners for monthly draw accruals
- Prepare corporate reporting for capital forecast requirements
- Ensure compliance with development and operating agreements
- Review and enhance controls and financial reporting for development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
- 3-5 years of real estate accounting experience
- Proficiency in property management/ERP software (Yardi Voyager preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
