Job Summary
- The purpose of this role is collecting, aggregating and maintaining relevant HR Data to provide meaningful reports and statistics about People & Culture. The incumbent is responsible to render valuable information to the CEO of Mr. Green Africa to put MGA’s vision through people into action. First and foremost a fully functioning Payroll practice has to be assured according to Kenyan Law. This role is entirely responsible for operating the P&C Services Field efficiently, accurately and timely to materialize its excellence in establishing, maintaining and consolidating the professionalism of MGA’s People & Culture. Adjust and implement organizational Structures and Policies in line with emerging trends as best practice as well as Government Regulations and Business Needs.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications, Regulatory & Legal Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Accounting or Business Administration
- Min. 5 years of related work experience (ideally a management consulting background)
- Proven experience, ideally in an HR environment, within fast growth and high impact organizations similar to Mr. Green Africa
- Very skilled in Google and MS Office platforms; spreadsheet management, powerpoint presentations and CRM systems

ResponsibilitiesPeople & Culture Services
- Execute accurately and timely the Full Time, Seasonal and Casual Payroll Processes
- Support the entire employee data administration across the organization
- Prepare, update and maintain employee personnel files
- Render periodical P&C Controlling Reviews to the Executives of MGA
- Provide for all required Employee Staff Reporting and Statistics
- Establish and abide to yearly P&C Budget and financial planning
- Support the Internal Audit and provide for required periodical Reports
- Represent People & Culture in relevant Management & Staff Meetings
- Periodically, collect, assemble and consolidate Staff Performance Data
- Ensure Health & Safety Data collection, incl. reports and statistics
- Improve adherence with Health & Safety Policies within MGA’s staff
- Apply and execute People & Culture Services Policies and Procedures
- Ensure adherence with Company Strategies along Business Vision and Mission
