This remote position allows you to work from home while assisting clients in creating seamless and enjoyable group travel experiences.Responsibilities:
- Group Trip Planning: Handle all aspects of group travel inquiries, bookings, and confirmations, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
- Customized Itineraries: Design and personalize travel itineraries to meet the unique needs and preferences of each group.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, transportation services, and activity providers to secure optimal rates and arrangements.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly and efficiently resolve any issues or changes that arise during the planning or travel process.
