Join our Global Entity Management Team and work on exciting projects with doing a meaningful work alongside great professionals.Key responsibilities:
- Preparing the required legal drafts, including Board Partner Resolution, Power of Attorney, Acceptance letters, non-objection letters… etc.
- Supporting the team on the execution and legalization requirements, reviewing and verifying the executed and legalized legal drafts.
- Preparing the Article of Association as required for the legal form of the Saudi Entity in compliance with the recent corporate laws and regulations.
- Company incorporation and corporate services: tradename instructions and regulations, creating accounts, submitting applications for obtaining license, amending the AoA, transferring ownership, changing the General Manager, licenses amendments.
- Conducting business visits to the government authorities to sign the legal documents and bylaws on behalf of the client, submitting all official requests to Saudi Business Center, MISA, and MCI.
- Liaising with the on-ground team, the PRO team
- Maintaining records and documents archive
- Provide clients with on-going support, act as a contact person for clarifications or discussions.
- Conduct business visits to the government authorities when required for gathering on-ground information for new services and business lines.
- Accompanying the client to the notary public and ministry of justice for issuing the required power of attorney.
- Advising the team on the requirements, procedures, fees, and timeline for the required additional approvals and licenses.
- Conducting internal sessions for the entity management team members and other departments on the newly issued and announced regulations in Saudi Arabia related to the corporate services.
- Assisting the legal manager and the corporate consultants in introducing and implementing new services for the corporate field and companies’ compliance.
About youTo excel in this job, you should have excellent corporate legal knowledge and adaptability to handle diverse legal matters. Effective communication skills on English are imperative. Commitment to ethical standards and integrity are also key to success.Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- At least 3-4 year of experience either in in-house or law firm role;
- Knowledge of government laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia would be considered as a great advantage;
- Previous experience in drafting and negotiating professional services contracts is highly preferred;
- Good understanding of data privacy and international data law would be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills are mandatory;
- Ability to communicate and interact well with clients, external stakeholders, business partners and colleagues.
