What You’ll Do:
- Handle Accounts Receivables and Payables : Manage the financial heart of our business by processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts with precision.
- Oversee Bank Deposits : Ensure our financial operations run smoothly with accurate bank deposits.
- Support the Accounting Director : Be the right hand to our Accounting Director, assisting with administrative tasks that keep our department running efficiently.
- Verify Business and Billing Accounts : Ensure the accuracy of all business transactions, including court receipts and flat fee payments.
- Manage Employee Expenses : Record and manage employee travel time and expenses, keeping our billing software up-to-date.
- Assist with Financial Reporting : Collaborate with our Billing Manager to generate reports that inform and guide our management team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
