- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication
- Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline (954-585-5103) of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Prepares journal entries to General Ledger.
- Prepares bank reconciliations.
- Prepares detailed account analysis.
- Prepares financial statements.
- Analyzesfluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets.
- Assists Senior Staff Accountant with maintenance of General Ledger system and reports.
- Assists Senior Staff Accountant with maintenance of Fixed Asset accounting system.
- Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’S):
Must possess excellent communication and time management skills.Knowledge of casino operations preferred.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred as well as one (1) to three (3) years of similar accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must possess ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida’s policies and procedures.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.REASONING ABILITY:
Must possess ability to handle non-standard situations where some judgment must be exercised.COMPUTER SKILLS:
Must be proficient in MS Office Excel and Outlook. Basic knowledge of MS Word also required. Infinium or similar computer systems experience preferred.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
