- Inputting and updating data in our systems accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing and verifying data for discrepancies or errors.
- Maintaining digital and physical records in an organized manner.
- Assisting in generating reports and data summaries as needed.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure data consistency.
- Scanning and organizing paper documents into digital formats.
- Performing routine data entry tasks to support administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
