DescriptionCorporate Accountant $90/k + 10%As a Corporate Accountant, you will report directly to the VP Controller. They will play a crucial role in our Corporate Accounting and Finance team, taking ownership of various accounting processes, financial reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction requisition loan draw packages with the Corporate Controller and Construction team, interfacing with lenders as needed
- Generate divisional overhead reporting packages and ensure compliance with the corporate budget
- Support the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements
- Manage revenue transactions and compliance with Management Agreement
- Assist with the annual Corporate Budget preparation and presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 1-4 years of accounting, audit, tax, or FP&A experience
- Preferred experience with project accounting, Yardi, QuickBooks, MRI, and MS Excel
- Effective communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and flexibility
