Commercial Manager/Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Contracts management:

  • Understanding and managing construction and sales contracts.
  • Negotiating and finalising contracts with clients and partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in managing construction and sales contracts.
  • Experience in dealing with complex political construction environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects.
  • Familiarity with costing platforms like Candy is advantageous
  • Approachable and likeable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and challenge ideas constructively.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working.
