Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse SupervisorJob DescriptionThe Clinical Research Nurse Supervisor serves the Research Institute by overseeing the conduct of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials. This role ensures compliance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. The supervisor functions as a clinical study coordinator when necessary and is responsible for training, mentoring, and developing clinical study coordinators and research staff. The role involves close collaboration with Managers and Leaders to facilitate the initiation through completion of clinical research studies in assigned areas, providing day-to-day supervision, and conducting ongoing performance reviews of clinical research staff at the department level. The Manager actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all. Key responsibilities include supervising the clinical research team, overseeing team productivity, managing personnel and staffing schedules, ensuring the delivery of safe and respectful care to patients/participants, serving as a resource for the research team, monitoring the quality and safety of clinical operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize workflow and scheduling for daily operations.Hard Skills
