Job DescriptionThe Associate Director of US Oncology Business Integration reports to the Director of US Oncology Business Integration and sits within the US Oncology Customer Experience and Marketing Operations Team (CEMO).The Associate Director of US Oncology Business Integration will support the mobilization and leadership of US Oncology growth initiatives as well as leadership of Project ACCELERATE Scaling, Integration, and Change Management for US Oncology. Project ACCELERATE is a multi-year program focused on the creation of One our Company Experience across customers leveraging best-in-class omnichannel capabilities to deliver a personalized, seamlessly integrated, and immediate experience.This person will be a key member of the US Oncology ACCELERATE OME Implementation Squad, and will work across the OME Program team, capability teams, and receiving tumor teams (marketing & ADT). This person will have specific responsibilities in thoroughly understanding the OME Integrated Marketing Model (OME E2E) and is expected to work closely with Marketing teams, ADTs, and capability teams to implement the model, including capabilities, process changes, and role and responsibility shifts, in order to deliver growth and business impact in a sustainable way.High-Level Responsibilities:Scaling of US Oncology Business OpportunitiesPartner with the US Oncology Business Integration team and the OME Program Team to evolve and pull through a roadmap for scaling business opportunities and enhancing capabilities across US Oncology over a 2-3-year time horizon.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, ADT, HHDDA, S&CO, and IT to support the successful execution of prioritized business opportunities within US OncologyIdentify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate marketing capabilities to enhance the performance of US Oncology initiatives and coordinate with the business to drive sustainable change.Act as a change management and communication champion to identify necessary changes to People (roles and responsibilities), Processes, and Technology, and partner with and coach Marketing and ADT teams through the adoption and realization of necessary change for future state models.Operationalization of US Oncology One our Company’s Experience ScalingMarketing and ADT (Agile Digital Team) SME, works across marketing and ADT teams to ensure appropriate awareness, coordination, and implementation/adoption of E2E process.Manages interdependencies across marketing, ADT, and PRT (Promotional Review Team) to ensure successful launch.Collaborates with Implementation Readiness & Change Leads to infuse marketing org/process expertise in change execution and document shifts in WoW.Rally cross-functional teams to work collaboratively together to deliver on One our Company’s Experience scaling objectivesDevelop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of use cases.Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plansCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of program milestones – with a specific focus on Marketing and ADT integration.Partner across
