This individual assists in financial reporting and controls, audit preparation, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and participates in other ad hoc projects.
- Prepares cash flow statements and other GAAP financial reports.
- Monitors internal control processes and compliance.
- Assists in managing and completing the external audit.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Performs analyses of the firm’s direct and indirect operating expenses, actual to budget cost variances, and cost trends of basic to moderate complexity to verify that revenues and expenses and related financial data are appropriately recorded in the general ledger.
- Prepares month end journal entries.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting practices and principles.
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Excel and other related Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), a plus.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion.
