As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution and technical application of manufacturing processes, utilizing your knowledge of product design, materials, and assembly methods to drive lean manufacturing initiativesHere’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
- Develop and improve project lifecycle processes for better scoping, execution, and sustainment of systems solutions.
- Enhance skill sets in 3tec, Thingworx, automation, and other technologies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with system integrators for the implementation of automation solutions.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Influence product design to ensure manufacturability and alignment with quality standards.
- Manage and execute both large and small projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Drive waste reduction and productivity improvements through the integration of IOT/MES and automation solutions.
- Provide technical support to address production issues and maintain existing systems.
- Utilize Lean problem-solving tools to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to advance the facility’s benchmark.
