Description & RequirementsThe Director of Digital Growth Strategy and Experimentation focuses on driving digital growth through strategic targeting, personalization and innovative experimentation. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention on all Infor web properties.
- Manage and coordinate with different stakeholders and contributors throughout the organization (e.g. Product Owner, Channel Owner, Content, SEO, UX, Data, & MarTech) along the entire customer journey.
- Apply A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization and/or targeting to optimize web experiences and user journeys across global experiences, constantly refining tactics based on data insights.
- Work closely with UI designers to implement user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and experiments.
- Regularly report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, VWO, Mutiny, LaunchDarkly, and/or Sitecore Personalize.
- Understanding of traditional MarTech stacks and how to optimize and scale to deliver performant experiences.
- Experience utilizing web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze site performance, user behavior and conversion metrics.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, conversational marketing and content marketing.
